Co-enzyme Q10 also know as Co Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce the damage caused by free radicals in the body. Co Q10 is found in all living cells in the body but is predominantly in the cells of the heart. It helps to maintain heart function by regulating blood pressure within the safe levels. Co Q10 also plays a role in converting food into energy and creating ATP which is the bodies chemical way to create energy.

As we get older the levels of Co Q10 found naturally in our bodies decrease and the cells are more at risk to disease, this means that the energy levels our cells receive decreases.  Taking Co Q10 may help reduce the risk of free radicals therefore prolonging the life of the energy in these cells.

Dosage

Take one to four capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
