Product Description

Flaxseed oil also known as Linseed Oil offers various beneficial health-related properties. It is rich in essential Omega 3 fatty acids and Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is found in abundance in flaxseed oil and is the foundation of the beneficial Omega 3 fatty acid (EPA).  

Flaxseed oil also contains Omega 6 fatty acids which like ALA and Omega 3 fatty acids have been widely researched, particularly in relation to heart health.

Each of Vitabits Flaxseed Oil capsules contains 1000mg for optimum health.

Ingredients

Flaxseed Oil 1000mg containing 530mg of a Linoleic acid, 140mg of Linoleic acid & 140mg of Oleic acid. Also contains Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified water, Caramel color.

Dosage

For adults take one to three capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
