Glucosamine sulphate is usually made from exoskeletons of crustaceans. However if you’re a vegetarian or cannot eat fish due to religious beliefs you wouldn’t have been able to receive the benefits this supplements can offer. This is why Vitabits have formulated a Vegetarian Glucosamine supplement.

Glucosamine sulphate stimulates the cells that are involved in the production of bone and cartilage.  For sufferers of joint and arthritic conditions taking a Glucosamine sulphate supplements may ease some of the pain. Made from the amino acid found naturally in our body Glutamine, it plays a role in protein synthesis and is responsible for the growth of bone, tendons, ligaments, nails, hair, skin and cartilage.

Dosage

For adults take one to two tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
