Product Description

Calcium Citrate and Vitamin D together are both vital for bone and joint health.  Calcium is stored in the bones. Vitamin D is converted in the body to an important, Calcium - controlling hormone.

Calcium Citrate has been found to be more easily digested and more readily absorbed than Calcium Carbonate. In addition, Calcium Citrate is better absorbed in persons who have decreased stomach acid however, contains almost 50% less of the elemental Calcium.

The principle action of Vitamin D hormone is to increase the level of Calcium in the blood by promoting the absorption of Calcium and Phosphorus and promoting the release of these minerals by bone formation.

Ingredients

Calcium Carbonate DC 520mg providing 400mg, Vit A acetate type 325 0.8mg providing 800mcg, vit d3 0.05mg providing 500mcg, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate. Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid.

Dosage
