Product Description

Starflower Oil, also known as Borage Oil is rich in GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). It is known for its positive effects on metabolism and the hormonal system. Starflower oil capsules may help regulate a normal hormonal balance and has been known as a natural remedy for PMS, (Pre Menstrual Tension) and mood swings plus other symptoms associated with menstruation.

It is extracted from the seed of the starflower plant (borage officinalis), a pretty blue flower that grows in parts of Europe and North Africa. Starflowers have long been known for their medicinal properties.

Ingredients

Borage Oil (20% GLA) (Cold Pressed), Vitamin E (Dl Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 5mg (50% RDA), Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified Water.

Dosage

For adults take one to two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
