Black Cohosh has been traditionally used by Native Americans for more than two hundred years, after they discovered the root of the plant helped relieve menstrual cramps and symptoms of menopause. Black Cohosh is used primarily to treat women’s health problems.

Ingredients

Black Cohosh ext 4:1 50mg whole herb equivalent 200mg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.

Dosage

Take one to four tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional
