Vitamin B Complex is made up of the following family of B vitamins; Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (RiboflavinVitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B7 (Biotin), Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). The B vitamins are necessary in order to:

  1. Support and increase the rate of metabolism
  2. Maintain healthy skin and muscle tone
  3. Enhance immune and nervous system function
  4. Promote cell growth and division—including that of the red blood cells that help prevent anemia.


This formula plays many different roles in the body including the release of energy from food and general well being.

Dosage
