Vitamin B6 has been known for its ‘feel good’ properties. It plays a role in the release of the hormone serotonin which helps to elevate mood, regulate sleep patterns and also help maintain the CNS (Central Nervous System). Also known as pyridoxine, Vitamin B6 helps brain function and helps the body convert protein to energy.
