Agnus Castus is a popular natural aid, known to help reduce the symptoms of PMS (Pre-Menstrual Tension). The most common being irritability, depression, headache and abdominal bloating.

It has been shown to have positive affects in the control and production of hormones in the last two weeks of the menstrual cycle. Using Agnus Castus helps normalise the levels of progesterone secreted and helps to restore healthy menstrual function.

 

 

Ingredients

Agnus Castus 25mg 5-1 providing 125mg, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate. Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid.

Dosage
